The Tale of Two Nashvilles

Nashville is known as the “it” city because of its unprecedented growth and prosperity. Over the last decade, it has become a hotbed attracting thousands of affluent newcomers to the area. Along with the rapid growth have comes increases in the cost of living, rising crime, unaffordable housing for native Nashvillians, street gangs, failing schools, and frayed relationships between the black community and law enforcement.
